Glad to be of help. The fishing this week started off slow but picked up tremendously on Thursday, flies and lures were working and the fish being caught were ranging in size from 16 to 25 inches and the largest weighed in at 9 1/2 lbs. Hope to see all of you at the Fall Pike Tournament!!!

I just wanted to tell Rob and Kandy thanks for the advise they gave me yesterday when my wife and I stopped in and were asking what the fish were biting and how to properly flyfish...it was great advise and we had a blast!!

well everyone the time is getting closer, the ice has started to recede around the edges at Spinney and it looks like it will be at least a week to ten days before it will open. Check back for more updates as we get them
11 Mile is seeing plenty of open water at Cross Creek and Witchers Cove and the edges all around the reservoir are opening up. The ice is thinning so be careful if you still want to icefish on it. |

The strike is on and ice fishing has been great at all of the nearby reservoirs. Come on out to Tarryall Reservoir February 13th for the 1st Chaparral Park General Store Ice Fishing Tournament.
